About us

What’s a FoodHall
you say?

FoodHall is not only a place to eat, not only a retail space and not only a venue. It’s a new concept of functional space; one that easily adapts to meet the varied needs of the creative community around it.

FoodHall has an open door for people who want to connect – or to connect others – over a shared love of food, art or culture.

Street food

With space for three vendors to operate, our Foodhall brings an ever-changing roster of culinary experiences from around the globe direct to Manchester.

Cooking fresh on site every day, we’re serving up dishes way above and beyond the high street, chain restaurant standard. Independent kitchens take up residence with us to introduce the best in street food, from vegan burgers and tacos to Thai noodles and Korean chicken.

Groceries

As the modern shopper naturally expects more and becomes increasingly more conscious about their purchases, it’s important for us to build in practices that meet those expectations. Sustainable shopping, vegan produce, and local brands are all on the rise. Our on site General Store is focused on delivering the future of retail, now.

Plant shop

Our plant stalls are run by Masako. Any plants you see around our venues can be purchased. Masako provides a lovely selection of house plants to create that perfect addition to your home or as a gift for someone.

You’ll always find Masako around, tending her plants with that infectious smile on her face. Pre-COVID, Masako’s plant stall also transforms in to a DJ booth for those evening events.

Coffee, cakes & pastries

Serving up fresh coffee all day long. All our coffee, pastries and cakes are sourced locally from small businesses. Our coffee is provided by Ancoats Coffee Co. Our pastries are baked fresh in house every day and our cakes are provided by 2 local brands.
